Ordering & shipping
Do you ship anywhere in the United States?
Yes. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses, and standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number by email once your safe leaves the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on your location. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout, and you can follow your parcel with the tracking link we email you.
Can I order safes in bulk for a hotel or office?
Yes. We supply hotels, rentals and offices. Contact us with the model and quantity and we will send a quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed through a secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Using your safe
What is the difference between biometric, digital and keypad safes?
Biometric safes open with an enrolled fingerprint for fast, touch-and-go access. Digital safes use an electronic PIN code. Keypad lock boxes are compact PIN-operated safes for smaller valuables. Every model also comes with manual override keys for emergency access.
What happens if the batteries run out?
Your safe warns you when the batteries are low. If they run out completely, power the lock through the emergency USB port or open it with one of the two override keys, then replace the batteries (4 x AA, not included).
Can I bolt the safe down?
Yes. Our safes can be mounted to a wall or floor, and the mounting hardware is included. Bolting down is strongly recommended.
How do I reset the code or enroll a new fingerprint?
Follow the quick-start guide that comes in the box. If you have lost it, contact our support team with your model number and we will walk you through it.

What is your return policy?
You can return an unused safe in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full details.
Is there a warranty?
Electronic components are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
