These terms apply to all purchases made on maxwelamerica.com, operated by Maxwel America Inc. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We try to describe products and prices accurately; if an error occurs we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel at no charge. Product images are for illustration and finishes may vary slightly.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud; any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your safe on arrival and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Warranty

Electronic components carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover misuse, forced entry, improper installation, battery leakage or normal wear.

Limitation of liability

A safe reduces risk but cannot guarantee that its contents are protected against every theft, fire or other event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the product, and we are not liable for loss of or damage to items stored in the safe. We recommend insuring valuable contents.
